Yes. Your drawings and related project data are stored and processed in the Estima3D customer portal, which runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS)—not on our public WordPress website.
Your data stays in the portal. The WordPress site is for information and marketing only. Uploads, estimates, and drawing files live in the authenticated customer portal, behind account access controls.
Protected in transit and at rest. Connections to the portal use encrypted HTTPS/TLS. Drawing files and associated data are stored with encryption on AWS infrastructure designed for enterprise workloads.
Access is limited to you and your team. Portal access is account-based. Only authorized users for your organization can view your projects and drawings. Estima3D staff access customer data only as needed to support the service, under internal access controls.
Built on AWS security foundations. We use AWS’s hardened cloud environment—network isolation, identity and access management, monitoring, and hardened storage—so your files benefit from the same class of controls used by large enterprises worldwide.
Separating systems by design. Keeping the public website and the customer portal on different platforms reduces exposure: marketing content can change without touching your drawings, and your project data is not served from WordPress.
