Additional trades are on the roadmap including concrete, mechanical, electric, plumbing, masonry, and glass/glazing.

In our testing the platform automatically captures over 96% of the elements in the drawings. If you are using our Hand-Free service, the Estima3D team will add missing elements to ensure the quantity takeoff is accurate. If you are using our Hands-On platform, elements that can not be identified automatically are highlighted in the plans in red and flagged as needing attention. Missing elements can be added in a few clicks using our platform.
Yes. The Estima3D platform can export to both Revit and Tekla.

If you are using our Hands-On service missing labels and lines are highlighted in Red and also listed in the items sidebar.
If you are using our Hands-Off service missing labels and lines are identified by the Estima3D reviewer and added to the Quantity Takeoff. If the Estima3D reviewer has questions about whether an item should be included they will contact you to clarify. Any questionable items will be highlighted in the QTO drawings and assumptions listed.
Yes, but the page containing the column schedule must be included in the pages you want to process.
Yes. All information to generate an accurate quantity takeoff needs to be selected. The system automatically reconciles the column schedule with the drawings.
